Bulk Orders: As a wholesaler, minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply. Prices quoted are generally based on bulk volume and are subject to market fluctuations.
3. Product Quality & Specifications
Natural Variation: Since we deal in agricultural commodities, variations in crop quality, color, and size are natural. We provide grade specifications (e.g., Bold, 80/90 count) as per industry standards.
Shelf Life: Customers are responsible for storing products in appropriate warehouse conditions (dry, cool, and pest-free) to maintain the stated shelf life.
4. Pricing and GST
All prices are subject to change without notice due to market volatility in the agro-sector.
Applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be added to the invoice as per the government mandates for specific HSN codes.
5. Shipping and Logistics
FOB (Free On Board) or Ex-Warehouse terms apply unless otherwise agreed.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier/transporter.
6. Returns and Cancellations
Cancellations are not permitted once a bulk dispatch has been initiated.
Quality disputes must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with a valid lab report or photographic evidence of damage.
